By booking with Kalo Tours, whether online or through email, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this carefully before confirming your reservation
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
We accept bookings through:
- Our secure booking partner FareHarbor
- Direct contact via email at bookings@kalotours.com
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your tour are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour.
- No-shows or missed pickups will not be refunded.
To cancel or reschedule, email bookings@kalotours.com or call 775-857-6123.
We may change, reschedule, or cancel tours due to weather, road closures, group minimums, or unexpected circumstances.
If your tour is canceled by us, you will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
All guests must follow safety instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest under the influence of drugs/alcohol or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Kalo Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
By participating in a tour, you agree that:
- You assume all risks voluntarily.
- Kalo Tours is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses that may occur during the tour.
All photos, text, logos, and content on our site and social media are owned by Kalo Tours and may not be used without written permission.
